Significance of Rainbow is its 7 colors. Similarly a week consists of 7 days. I read a post saying, if you're friends for 7 years, it becomes your lifetime friendship. I never knew all of a sudden this number 7 becomes so nostalgic to me today! Yes ! I am a part of this beautiful journey of being a 'professional' after my undergraduate degree since 7 years!  The path was tough and challenging yet memorable and equally interesting. I can't say the path is less traveled by because 4 lakh others are also my co-passengers, yet i am happy to get handful being in my compartment:)  Indeed a beautiful journey ! Today i can very much relate to the lyrics of the famous song, "Safar khoobsurath hai mansil se bhi" 

Time Machine  It's not about theoretical 'Time Machine', indeed about the 'Machine' that shows 'Time' ... My wrist watch!!! Who is the Hero ? We tend to look out for a 'Hero' in every movie we watch. In movie it used to be very clear, who leads the show. Constant vs Variable  We always look for constants when it comes to defining equations and we search for variables when we want to exercise it. For example, area of a circle is defined by formula (pi)*r*r .ie., using constant pi (22/7) and variable r (radius of the circle) Just like finding out the area of circle , Life is a good bunch of constants and variables. How well we are adapting to variables even respecting our constants. Too much inclination towards constants is also a mess because we never appreciate the power of variables and the same time we can make everything as constants, there should be allowable allowances for the variables to play. Playing with the strengths  What are my strengths? Ethics 'When the cat's away , the mice will play'. I used to wonder, what makes people (mice) to play once their responsible supervisor (cat) just leaves the room .. This doesn't happen just in the last time experiment, it was a common phenomenon which i used to observe since my schoolings.  The sudden freedom given to over restricted boundaries has driven people to go crazy once the boundaries are vanished.  Is the sole responsibility of misidentification of boundaries?  Isn't the responsibility of the of supervisor also? From 5 to 4 and now i am eagerly waiting for the exploration of 3. Yes 3 characters represents RBS. RBS says about Reflective Best Self Portrait . The journey to find myself from the eyes of others.. As of now, the journey begins and I requested my friends and family to describe my strengths. On a positive note, it's refreshing and good in knowing how good you are from others ;) I am really excited to look how the journey unveil :)

Next to session with 5 questions, i was introduced to the concept using 4 letters ! Once i start writing the blog , instantly I could relate the connection between the numbers 5 & 4.  5 questions were the previous session and now the target is on 4 letters that describes 'ME'... I like little bit of mathematics and numbers that's why I couldn't resist myself to ignore and tell the reason for the title "4 letters" . Based on the link given , I started answering 60 questions which gathers how i react to different situations and scenarios. Then the survey results were published to get my "Intelligent Code" in which each describing a different approach.  Though, before session when i try to read about these code words, I didn't feel much interested because I didn't know what it really means. Once the session is started and we were questioned about the codes and when the curtain raiser was done slowly yet impact was high.  ...

The session started with 5 questions .. I was pleasantly surprised the way the new session was initiated.  When you are posted with questions and what would be you reaction to it ? What is the reason begin asking questions? Why should I answer?   What should be my answer? The 5 questions made me to think what is the best possible way to answer them from my perspective.   To get a chance to think on 5 different scenarios is the first step, utilise the opportunity to attempt answering in the second step . Still, making it happen in real (to actually penetrate into the crowd and find a place to write was a task indeed :) I am being short, I happily found a place to my extended reach zone and wrote the answers with the diagonal alignment) is the Big step. We know many people have been reacting differently to different people  Some have two faces i.e., act totally different for same situation with two different people. We get a doubt, which face is their original. To be frank, it's very less possibility to experience 2 faces in the initial meetings  As and when, time goes, we (rather I) will be able to identify the nature. Now i get a doubt, is the ability to change the 'hat' seamlessly by others and i am struck in awe with their Dual play !

These many days I had a belief that , being ignorant is a crime untill i heard few incidents. I had to listen to certain informations, after listening to those , i felt being ignorance to such incidents are far more better than knowing them. Two stories back to back. Story 1: There was two friends who are staying in different places in the same city. One night, there was an earthquake. One friend got the message alert and started to panic a lot . The earthquake was quite frightening but no harm to any people or property. He couldn't sleep and he was disturbed a lot. The impact on him was high mentally and to recover from it took him few hours. Whereas friend 2 slept peacefully not knowing what happened. Yes, there could be a possiblity that if earthquake is very severe, he would have been affected. But, at this point, as the earthquake wasn't disastrous, he being slept is considered as "lucky" unlike getting panic and loosing the balance. So ignorance i...

It's quite long since i wrote ! Today I thought, I should do the long pending action item! One question was still unanswered and kept me to think beyond what is actually seen evidently. The question is none another than: "Is being "ambitious" as a woman, Is it something equivalent to a 'crime' or being 'selfish' ? Many would say "NO" , but do they really want to say wholeheartedly?
