Constant vs Variable 

We always look for constants when it comes to defining equations and we search for variables when we want to exercise it.

For example, area of a circle is defined by formula (pi)*r*r .ie., using constant pi (22/7) and variable r (radius of the circle)

Just like finding out the area of circle , Life is a good bunch of constants and variables.

How well we are adapting to variables even respecting our constants.

Too much inclination towards constants is also a mess because we never appreciate the power of variables and the same time we can make everything as constants, there should be allowable allowances for the variables to play.

Why i am even talking about constants and variables? Isn't connected with our mindset?

How well i am able to adapt to the variations.

How do i see a problem and how do I attempt to solve it. It pretty hard to work with someone who is having different mindset. Getting adapted to their work style or figuring out a common way to tackle the people is kind of tough. The success of adapting lies in the equal co-operations by both the parties. 

I believe this confusion and coordination issues gave birth to 'agility' or agile mindset which helps to overcome the problems of fixed nature and continuous evolving in a cycle. 

I like to follow a default routine. I believe that gives me to cut unwanted non-value added activities so as to maintain quality. 

But at the same time, i experiment new ways to carry out the same routine. 

The experiment of taking new routes to same destination was influenced by my uncle. He used to take me to same destination but in different possible routes everytime with least traffic jams and signals in this 'singara' city. I believe even Google maps can't challenge him and it has to learn from him in exploring new routes. 

 I used to enjoy the ride as well. 

This strike me to experiment new routes to same destination at my work when i get stuck. 

I used to do the designs varied solution style for the same problem each time i code. I have the flexibility to choose my own style solving issues. So i have enough space to experiment and i utilise the unattended territory of experimenting new things within the boundaries available. 

The experimenting is possible only when we have the 'freedom' to do multiple options. Its little hard to experiment with restricted boundaries but still it can be done but it takes more confirmations from senior people at times. 

I believe creativity and adapting to situations go hand in hand in the journey of evolving:)
