Who's the Hero ?

Who is the Hero ?

We tend to look out for a 'Hero' in every movie we watch. In movie it used to be very clear, who leads the show. Few movies are exceptional, it gives equal importance to The Hero and The Villian. Halo effect goes on to entire movie, we tend to get confuse and settle with the Hero in negative shade too !

Keeping the confusion of iconic dialogue
" Neenga nallavara illa Kettavara ? ", I started wondering what made director to focus on a person who even does illegal things according to law as a good person indeed.
What we are searching in his true self?
Aren't we searching the 'missing' leader in us?
So the question comes - 'Who is the leader?'
According to Oxford Dictionary- Leader is
'The person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country' .
Why do I check Oxford dictionary is nothing beyond to the fact that , it's a 'leading' dictionary 😜.

The person who leads the group is said as Leader. Certain qualities that make a person differentiate from others in the same crowd.
If the qualities are rightly identified, he becomes the leader through getting identified by his or her own leader. Orelse, it takes little more time to get identified by oneself.
I believe, instead of searching for a leadership qualities in others, practice it as far as possible in every walks of life will help us to improve their own performance along with the team.
Many successful people who are known as leaders even make a mistake. The biggest mistake is they fail to 'transfer' the same leadership qualities to their successors.
It could be other way too, followers tend to search for the same qualities in the new successor and eventually compare with the senior and latter being evaluated and get the ranking less than senior.
But, for a successful leader, he should transfer the responsibility along with power .
The successor has double responsibility to satisfy the demands expectations and leading in his own style.
I couldn't resist from recollecting the similarities from our Old Kingdom stories.
Chola Dynasty which is known for its legacy over 300 years, King Raja Rajan was known to be the best of his time and fortunately his successor King Rajendra Chola was also successful like his dad but later on the dynasty slowly deteriorated.
Same thing happened with every Dynasty,
Only one or two Kings were able to make the best expansion or best identity , later on things get diluted in future.
By learning from the past history we shouldn't repeat the same. Search for a leader , be a leader and most importantly
Create a New Leader. By creating a new leader value chain gets stronger than before.
Yes, as the growth progresses, the space in the pyramid reduces, leadership qualities helps to place us in the upper stack of pyramids.
In the same time, when the leadership was being discussed, I always think whether gender bias also plays a role ?
Kind Man and Powerful Women is seen as leaders when it comes to 'power' .[President Dr. APJ and Indira Gandhi].
Alongside, strong and dominating leadership qualities are needed to make things happen.
Kind hearted Mother Therasa also can't be ignored.
Madiba - Nelson Mandella can't be forgotten too !!!
Lion leading the sheep herd can definitely win over a Sheep leading the lions .

On latest note, after FIFA, president of Croatia - Kolinda GK was been celebrated for her 'inspiring' leadership qualities.
On a ending note,
'Get inspired to Be inspired' !!!!!!!!
