4 letters
Next to session with 5 questions, i was introduced to the concept using 4 letters !
Once i start writing the blog , instantly I could relate the connection between the numbers 5 & 4.
5 questions were the previous session and now the target is on 4 letters that describes 'ME'... I like little bit of mathematics and numbers that's why I couldn't resist myself to ignore and tell the reason for the title "4 letters" .
Based on the link given , I started answering 60 questions which gathers how i react to different situations and scenarios. Then the survey results were published to get my "Intelligent Code" in which each describing a different approach.
Though, before session when i try to read about these code words, I didn't feel much interested because I didn't know what it really means.
Once the session is started and we were questioned about the codes and when the curtain raiser was done slowly yet impact was high.
The curiosity to find the base of each Dichotomy was much more interesting.
The video on 2 different persons how they tackle the deadlines explained the concept of how each one live life either J or F.
The role play was top notch, F and T was amazing. I used to wonder why many people think too much to reveal what feel . Now, i got the answer.
The picture of family of dogs playing cards was evident enough how the things seen from every person's view . Either S or N.
Sometimes few are very keen on minute details of presentations like the font size, misalignments borders of the table, orientation however perfectly we try to create the presentations. Sometimes the original content gets hidden with the influence on arranging things. Now I could get a better idea how to target them.
The dialogue between two teams revealed obviously the energy levels of each one. Extrovert vs Introvert. Though i had basic idea on how each one differ in terms of energy transmission, now i got idea of how the charge their energy. I believe that's why many employees feel they aren't motivated by higher officials whereas some don't worry about the appreciations.
Motivating employees is like catalyst that activates the chemical reaction.
After all these deep learnings , i was simply mesmerised by the dual hat role swapping.
The thoughts left me to explore myself and my surroundings and it would really help me to understand and decide and the same time
Proceed the decision in an effective way !
