Playing with the strengths

Playing with the strengths  What are my strengths? Am I playing with my strengths?  I would say, playing with strengths is easy but, changing the weakness to the strengths would be beneficial in a long run, because, someone else can outweigh eventually.  I really excited to know more about myself through the words of others when i did analysis of RBS . It was much more refreshing and rejuvenating to listen the good things about myself and happy to note that people have noted.  As the discussions were going on, i couldn't skip the talk on 'using the strength as the weapon in handy or at the best' . Just like i used to mention, Lord Arjuna is at his best when he handles the 'Bow and Arrow' , none other than Karna is equal match. Yes, knowing your strengths helps to handle the things better.  Strength lies in differences , not in similarities. - Stephen Covey Identifying what you are good at helps to solve the problems. But, at the same t...

Tom and Jerry !

Ethics 'When the cat's away , the mice will play'. I used to wonder, what makes people (mice) to play once their responsible supervisor (cat) just leaves the room .. This doesn't happen just in the last time experiment, it was a common phenomenon which i used to observe since my schoolings.  The sudden freedom given to over restricted boundaries has driven people to go crazy once the boundaries are vanished.  Is the sole responsibility of misidentification of boundaries?  Isn't the responsibility of the of supervisor also? Isn't the responsibility of the 'superior' power who defines 'such' boundaries? I would say, it is the equal participation of all three stakeholders.  All three are equally responsible for any outcome- either good or bad.  We would have witnessed sudden changes in people once they migrate to new city getting relieved from the clutches of parents or guardians. Can it be compared to being unethical or get...

1 or 0 ?

1 or 0 ?  Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both  ........... few lines ............ Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. - Robert Frost , "The Road Not Taken" 1916. It's been over 100 years since this beautiful poem has been published, yet, isn't apt in our lives?  We are often confused within to decide.  It's isn't so easy to decide based of IF 1, go right or IF 0, go left. Life gives us compliments and complications to choose . Decision making dilemma is beautifully described in the poem, which one out of two roads to be chosen and the traveller can't travel in both simultaneously. There should be a time gap and priority if he has to decide to travel on both ways.  If he as only either or option, poet explained that he has chosen the one 'less traveled' by.  It could be breaking his own monotony and new ...

Innum oru Murai -- Once More

How am I represent creativity in the form of a mathematical expression ? Even such a thought is terrifying and i am still find a good title , I suppose :) Finding a creative way and adapting it to the routine takes more effort. It requires exploring one more option even after finding a final style to experiment. In accordance with that let me title is as ' Integral n --> n+1 ' .. lol .. it's getting complicated, isn't? Let me just name it as 'Innum Oru Murai : Once More' Well creativity is an interesting topic to be understood by each and everyone! The moment the word creativity is uttered, many would wonder , am i really creative? Well, am not a creative person but I know it's not a difficult task of being creative. I am more of 'logical' problem solver according to my profession , but i have received a numerous appreciations from colleagues and senior management that i have been solving issues very creatively.  I got a per...

Sleeping 8

Image
After a gap , I wish to choose 'Sleeping 8'. How do you visible the sleeping 8? Yes, you read it right, 8 which is sleeping i.e., 90degree clockwise movement of 8 . It's nothing but the symbolic representation of "Infinity" . Why am I talking about infinity? Yes, it's having a wonderful connection with the topic which I wanted to get reflected.  The Man who knew infinity was deeply believed to get his mathematical formulation through intuition.  Don't we accept the fact that Maths Genius S.Ramanujam isn't a great person ? Intuition is very powerful and I personally believe that. It's so abstract that sometimes we can't simply explain to others who don't understand it. I have experienced intuition over a longer period of my life.   According to me, intuition is a subconscious results based on internal simulation of data analysis and information.  Quality of intuition depends on what is stored in brain and how ...
